Below you'll find 2 sets of Terms and Pricing. Wholesale Pricing & Terms is for wholesale customers with the intent or possibility of reordering. Retail and Event Pricing & Terms is for one-time orders for an event(like an anniversary, convention or reunion), or if you're ordering for your own use and you do not plan on reselling. Wholesale Pricing & Terms
- All First Orders must be pre-paid, minimum $400.00. Can include Set Up Charge.
- Reorders minimum $150.00
- Payment due at time of shipping. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check or U.P.S. C.O.D.
- Shipping will be billed seperately on final invoice.
- All of our pottery items are hand made and subject to variations in size, color, and glaze consistency and are not considered seconds because of variations from order to order.
- Custom orders may come with a 10% overrun which will be shipped and invoiced.
- Returned check fee $25.00
- Rush Reorder Charges 25%. Order will be shipped in 14 days. Rush New Order Charges 25%. Order will be shipped in 21 days.
By placing an order with Cloth & Clay, Inc. you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
- First Time Set Up Charge: $150.00
This is a one time charge that covers the cost to create your custom design, die, and mold that will produce an emblem that may be used on most stoneware items. An additional $50.00 charge is required if you want any changes made to your original design or to produce any of the following items: Pitchers, Breadwarmer, Coasters, Do Not Disturb Signs, Ornaments and Keyfobs, Mini Mugs (these item require the production of new artwork, die and mold.) - Artwork
Artwork may be purchased for reuse; photo quality copies $100.00 or compact disk copy $150.00, PC or Mac format, comes with various sizes of the emblems. This may be very useful in your print advertising.

Retail and Event Pricing & Terms
These prices are for one-time orders for Reunions, Weddings, Centennials, Anniversary's, Private Estates. etc.
- All Orders must be pre-paid, credit cards only: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Art Set Up Charge: $300.00
- Shipping will be calculated per weight, destination and timing, and charged to your credit card.
- All of our pottery items are hand made and subject to variations in size, color, and glaze consistency and are not considered seconds because of variations within an order or from order to order.
- Custom orders may come with a 10% overrun which will be shipped and invoiced.
- Rush Order Charge 25%. Order will be shipped in 21 days.
- Artwork
