I remember meeting you all at my first PAII Heartland conference before I was even an innkeeper or had a B&B. Once I had my B&B and you helped me choose the colors, like many, I didn't use the mugs on the table. But, once I took your advice and did, they sell, sell, sell!

Sorry I won't be in Arkansas, but I just this week received my new shipment including the new red which I'm certain will go over well here in Nebraska Big Red Country at Whispering Pines!

Thanks for all you do and for your wonderful products! Congrats on 40 years!

I appreciated this blog because of my love of collecting too. I could feel Vince's fervor in trying to complete his collection of mugs from the 50 states.

It's just a great story that shows Deneen's dedication to superb customer service - kindly going out of their way to help others - an encouraging trait to emulate to the guests that come my way.

Loved the Bike Story since I have lots of relatives who do Century bike rides.

But this story clicked since I've had relatives fight cancer and the Relay For Life is big in these parts. But most of all....it gave me a idea for another way I can give back to the community.

Plus, since many of us are doing Veteran's Day stays...how about making a mug we can give the members of the Armed Forces who stay with us on November 10? A wonderful way to remember their stay. It wouldn't have to have each inn's name (although that would be nice), but a beautiful red/white and blue custom mug just for Veterans participating in the B&B's for Vets program.

Congratulations on 40 years of a wonderful company and product. My guests love the mugs. I listened to you and use the mugs at the breakfast table. Though I won't be in Arkansas, I always enjoy talking with you at PAII conferences. Your mugs are a no brainer business decision for me and I am thankful for the way you support all of us small business owners! Will be putting in my reorder in the next week. Enjoy your 40th.

I choose the INNspired Decision, this one holds such a special place for the company and for the Inn itself. It really shows the warmth and caring that Deneen Pottery has for people, clients and friends alike. The thought to do something special for a cause you believe in, to leave everlasting memories and to keep hearts as warm as the coffee or tea in your mugs. It's an all around perfect representation of what Deneen Pottery is. Well done, it's wonderful.
